As part of AT&T’s scheduled maintenance last weekend , the provision of their daily refund reports was temporarily paused. The receipt of refund reports from AT&T recommenced on November 4th.
These refunds have now been processed by Bango and are available in the AT&T refund reports from the Management Tools.
As part of our on-going system checks we have identified that some refunds appear to have been duplicated, with some AT&T refund reports in the Management Tools showing multiple refunds. We are
working to quickly resolve this issue and will advise when all the data has been verified and the reports confirmed as correct.
