Outage notification – Virgin USA – RESOLVED

The issues affecting Virgin (US) billing have been resolved and transactions are being processed as normal. The disruption on their platform impacted billing at the times specified below:

End Date/Time: April 10th, 2011 03:53 AM EDT

Virgin US have informed us that the maintenance that they are currently performing is due to be completed at 8:15 AM EDT (12:15PM GMT). We will update you on this issue after this time

We would like to notify you that Virgin (US) are currently experiencing an outage on their billing platform.

Until the issue is resolved, we will offer users alternative payment methods.
