We would like to remind you that an important part of the Payforit service in the UK is with providing customer care. As per section 4.7 of the Payforit scheme rules, Consumers must be provided facilities that allow them to receive customer care support relating to their payments, subscriptions, refunds, marketing and general enquiries.
If you provide your own telephone support this must be manned during normal UK office hours (9am – 5pm Monday – Friday) and provide a message taking facility outside of these hours.
Support requests by Consumers must be responded to within 1 business day and resolved within 2 business days.
If you are not able to provide a manned support line please contact either your Bango account manager or the Customer service team.
We will be doing spot checks on your service support lines as those not operated correctly are subject to red / yellow cards by the operator.
