Orange UK have introduced a business content bar. This is in response to corporate account holders reversing premium content transactions that employees have made on their Orange phones.
The content bar is optional, but if an employer chooses to bar their employee phones, Bango will receive an error code from the Direct Bill payment platform. We translate this into a user-friendly error page, which asks the user to contact their IT manager to get the bar lifted.
We’ll track the number of instances that this error code is returned into the Bango system to ensure impact is negligible. We’ll report back to you in about 1 month.
