15:36 – The Bango knowledgebase is back online
The Bango knowledgebase is currently offline and you will not be able to view/access it at this time.
Any queries sent through to Bango Customer Services may also be delayed, but we will get back to you as soon as possible.
The support centre runs as an external system and therefore the Bango Management tools and Bango Analytics is running as normal and you will be able to view all your data.
We are working with our supplier and are hoping to fix this as soon as possible.
We will update this blog post with more information as soon as we have it.
