The MMA and operator rules include some important guidelines regarding how requests from end users should be managed, the information in the terms and conditions and how help and stop messages are handled.
Users need to see as much information at the point of purchase as they possibly can, and for users on US operators this includes the pricing information in the terms and conditions surrounding the purchase. Simply log into your Bango Management tools and select the Account tab then Customer care info, where you can complete this.
Another important factor is the way in which any Help or Stop messages are handled. A number of users may have more than one service running at a time and we need to be able to help with the specific subscription that they are concerned with at the time.
