Update: Saturday 31. 9:00 am. The issue has now almost completely been resolved. We will continue monitoring the service.
We have been informed by Orange that several issues have been affecting their service on Friday from 2pm until 2am on Saturday.
During the outage, Orange customers have been able to browse normally but unable to complete premium purchases by paying on their phone bills. The issue prevented Orange gateways from passing to any third party, including Bango, the necessary user information to charge them on their phone bills.
Although Orange premium traffic is now restored to normal levels, we will keep monitoring their service over the weekend.
