We are continuing to disable full Analytics reporting from the Bango.com Management Tools pages.
Payments, Page and Link Tracking are unaffected by this.
This is because we are currently operating services from Bango South, our secondary datacentre
pending our satisfaction that Telstra have resolved their connectivity problems to our primary datacentre, Bango East.
The load from users of Analytics Reporting can be very spiky, and while we run from Bango South,
without cover from Bango East, we want to ensure that there is no degradation to any “live” services.
Telstra have been assuring us of their restored connectivity today, so we are planning to bring
Bango East back on line in the next 24 hours. When it is back on line, full Analytics Reporting will be
